The “Roctober” retreat is put on and organized by youth pastors our North Texas Presbytery and is open to all 6th-12th grade students. Donny Friederichsen, who is the pastor of Lakeside PCA, will be doing the teaching, and this will be a great opportunity to build friendship among our students (and to spend quality time with the adult leaders!). The cost of the retreat is $80. Below is the official information from the retreat organizers, including a registration link. After you register by going here, please remember to give the full payment of $115 to Michael Stearns. PLEASE NOTE: On Sept. 28 the cost will increase to $125. The Roctober Youth Retreat is an annual retreat that gathers for a weekend filled with fun games, exciting competition, excellent fellowship, and compelling teaching from God’s Word with other local PCA churches. This year the retreat will be from Friday evening, October 5th to Sunday morning, October 7th. The retreat will be held at Camp Copass in Denton, TX. The registration fee which covers lodging, food, and a t-shirt is $115 per person (increasing to $125 after September 25th).
