Care Groups
As we minister to one another and are ministered to, we experience a greater sense of community. To that end, we have established Care Groups to facilitate fellowship and ministry among the members and those who attend Colleyville Presbyterian Church. Care Groups give to our members and friends a greater sense of participation in the life of the church. These group meetings are designated to provide a time for fellowship. The Care Groups also serve to facilitate a more effective ministry within the body by providing a systematic network for the exercise of ministry.

Groups meet on the third Sunday of each month in one another's homes for a fellowship meal, and a time of sharing & prayer.

Bi-Monthly Congregational Lunch

Every other month from September to May we enjoy together a congregational pot luck fellowship meal following the Sunday school hour.  The occasion is used oftentimes to announce news of interest, upcoming events, and to report on matters of importance and interest in the life and ministry of the congregation.  We are especially eager for guests to join us for this meal as it affords a great opportunity to get acquainted.

M.O.C. (Men of the Covenant)

Men of the Covenant is a monthly men's meeting designed for fellowship, spiritual nurture, and prayer.  Men of the Covenant is currently meeting on the first Thursday of the month from September to May.  Those who wish gather at 5:30 PM for a time of casual fellowship.  A supper is served at 7:00 followed by a time of group discussion on topics ranging from theology to literature to Christian living.

W.I.C. (Women in the Church)

--Isaiah 62:1

The Lamp - What's this all about?

The first General Assembly of the newly formed PCA heartily endorsed a plan from the Christian Education and Publications Committee for the establishment of women's organizations in churches and presbyteries.  Thus WIC - Women in the Church - was born in 1973.  An old-fashioned lamp was selected for the logo in order to illustrate the following principles for living life as a godly woman in the church.
