Women’s Spring Mini-Conference – “Echoes of Eden”

  Please join us for our upcoming Women's Mini-Conference, Echoes of Eden, on Saturday, May 26th, 10 am - 2 pm, at the church building. Our speaker, Kay Gabrysch will lead us as we consider the meta-narrative of Scripture and continue to learn together what it looks like to love the story of our God as it is revealed to us from Genesis to Revelation. Kay is a Bible study teacher, author, and conference speaker. She regularly teaches two weekly Bible classes in her home church of Park Cities Presbyterian Church in Dallas, Texas, in addition to several retreats each year. She served for 15 years in Bible Study Fellowship before beginning her ministry at PCPC. After graduating from Texas State University with a degree in English and History, she taught English for 15 years and this May will receive a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Covenant Seminary in St. Louis. She and her husband, Ray, have two married children. Kay has written The Rise of the Lord’s Anointed, Studies in First and Second Samuel, which is published by P&R publishing. Lunch will be provided. CPC Youth will be serving at G.R.A.C.E.’s Donation Station (112 N. Scribner St., Grapevine, TX 76051) on Saturday morning, June 2nd, 9:30 am - noon, to sort & organize donations received for distribution to those in need within the community. VBS Work Day

We will have a “work day” to help us prepare for Vacation Bible School on Saturday, June 2nd, 2-4 pm.  Many hands make light work and this is the perfect way for those who are unable to volunteer during the week of VBS to contribute and help as we prepare our facilities and materials. Annual Swim Fellowship

Join us for a pool fellowship at 5 pm on June 3rd at the clubhouse & pool in Mike & Donna Cornell’s neighborhood (4103 Windermere Ct., Colleyville, TX 76034). There will be swimming (we plan to have two lifeguards on duty 5-7 pm) and plenty of other  activities. Please bring a main or side dish to share. All are welcome.

Join the Expedition! Join Colleyville Presbyterian Church's 2018 Vacation Bible School: Faith Expedition - June 20-22, 9:30 am - Noon. Dig out those backpacks and shovels, open that treasure map, and check your routes! "X marks the spot" is a phrase associated with expeditions and treasure hunts as adventurers set off to seek fame and fortune. For Christians, a cross marks the spot where the greatest treasure is found—redemption through our Lord Jesus Christ. Explorers will look on as Chris and Kelly make their Faith Expedition to find the greatest treasure in the world. In Bible lessons, Explorers will study man’s need for God and the faith God has given us to follow his plan; to believe his promises; to obey him; to repent and turn to Jesus; and to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. Explorers will experience class study times, music, skits, crafts, recreation time, and snacks. REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! Register children for the grade they have completed in the 2017-2018 school year by clicking the appropriate link for that child and completing the registration form.
